How does it work?

Each pack gives you a number of ironing units to use freely throughout the pack's validity period — no need to use them all at once.

Some items, due to their size or complexity, count as more than one unit. You'll find the full list in the equivalence table further down this page.

If you run out of units before the period ends, you can simply buy a new pack at any time and start a fresh validity period from there.

Pack rules

1. Full payment at the start of the period (monthly packs), or at the time of purchase (flexible packs).
2. Monthly packs are valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
3. Unused units do not carry over to the following period.
4. Unused units are not refundable or convertible to cash.
5. Once pack units are used up, additional items are charged at €1.60 per unit (per the equivalence table).
6. Packs apply exclusively to the ironing service.
7. Items not covered by this table will be assessed by the Casa & Linho team before being processed.
